Our team will email short & simple instructions explaining the tribute and giving them some simple guidelines on creating and sending their tribute videos in.

Step #1 is to invite each member of your core fundraising team to the thank you project. Our team will take care of coordinating these emails to keep the project on schedule. Your tribute "Concierge" will ensure every detail is attended to.

Step #2 is to get your volunteer's videos recorded and sent in. The Concierge will provide gentle reminders to members of your group, who haven't gotten their videos completed, to get them recorded and sent in.
This is where your volunteers have the opportunity to express their thanks and gratitude to all of the campaign's contributors. They can discuss how the fundraising proceeds will be used, improvements, community projects, new uniforms, class trips or supplies, and their gratitude for the support.

Step #3 is to take each of the submitted volunteer videos and edit them into a final, polished tribute video. Your Concierge will handle all of the details here. They will collect and compile those clips, have them edited and the video produced and ready for your review and approval before sending out to your campaign's contributors.

The final step is to take your finished, approved video and get it out to your campaign's contributors. Your Concierge will handle this step as well. It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 to send a great big, heartfelt thank you to the people who helped make it happen!
